If you have uploaded a CANVA logo, please ensure that its saved as an .svg with NO background. PNG or jpg files are low resolution files that cannot be enlarged or have backgrounds removed
If you are unsure, please check out our video tutorials on our FAQ page email or call our team to avoid dissapointment - we are not responsible of adjusting orders or re creating artwork

If for any reason the legal owner of this design contacts fulfilment house they will be directed to me.

Mockup Colour Accuracy: Mock up designs provided on our website or via email are for reference purposed only. The actual print colour may cary slightly due to CMYK printing process from what is shown in the mock up. If you have specific branding colours, please notify us of the pantone colours or CMYK values at the time of placing an order as incorrect orders will not be re printed if these are not specified.
Mockup Print Size Accuracy: The designer may not be perfectly to scale; however our team will flag any sizing / positioning issues and contact you for confirmation if needed
Speciality Ink Colours: Neon or Metallics ( silver & gold ) are not available via DTF print process. These colours are only available with our screen printing option which has a MOQ of 15 units; please contact our team for a quote if you wish to have these inks
