Screen printing, also known as silkscreen printing, is a print process where a logo or design is printed using ink that is squeegeed through mesh directly onto the garment. The logo is printed onto film and exposed onto a screen first. Each colour of the design is allocated an individual screen - ie a 4 colour logo will have 4 indiviual screens. Screen printing is primarily used to print onto garments, tote bags, paper gift bags and even old school posters!
